  Driver dies following single vehicle crash - Nepean PAC Tuesday, 31 January 2023 03:27:52 AM A man has died following a single-vehicle crash in Sydney’s west. About 12.15pm yesterday (Monday 30 January 2023), emergency services responded to reports a van had collided with a Temp mail barrier and caught fire in the eastbound lanes of the M4 Motorway, St Marys.
